Situated in the Irwell Valley, within the Ramsbottom district of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury, we are able to utilise our stunning surroundings throughout the school curriculum.

We are a village school which is able to offer class sizes that are smaller than the national average, creating excellent pupil to teacher relationships. At the end of 2020, the school converted to an academy status and joined the Epworth Education Trust; maintaining our own identity and ethos whilst benefiting from working in collaboration with good and outstanding partner schools. We offer a full range of educational opportunities from Nursery to Year 6. We have excellent facilities including our wonderful Forest Schools area. The school operates a breakfast and after-school provision on site.
